1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share access with any third party.

• You must immediately notify 33bwm if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 33bwm is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to secure your credentials.
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change (e.g., mobile number, email address, or payment method).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

33bwm supports local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as international cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the chosen payment method and any active promotions at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be reviewed before processing. 33bwm aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24-72 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required. Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally delay processing.

All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms that supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus balance form and must meet stated wagering requirements before conversion to real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• 33bwm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using exploits to circumvent wagering conditions, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

All content on the 33bwm platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation of such content — is the property of 33bwm or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any 33bwm content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the platform or its contents; download or copy account information for the benefit of another business; or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

8. Limitation of Liability
